contents A protocol where every service in a large-scale system is machine-discoverable, every capability is bitwise-provable, every knowledge gap is self-detecting, and the AI that builds the code writes the verified truth about it in the same session. Three orthogonal bitmasks (trust_mask 32-bit, k_mask 8-bit, claude_ankr_mask 5-bit) encode capability, knowledge completeness, and design law compliance as CPU-instruction-speed proofs. Includes session-as-knowledge-source methodology, SHASTRA/YUKTI/VIVEKA three-layer knowledge taxonomy, verification twin (SAKSHI code witnessing + PRAMANA AI response verification), and self-learning loop (TRAWL signal capture to SuperDomain rule extraction to SLM training). Validated across 223 services with 167 source-code-verified knowledge documents.
