contents
This preprint presents the broader cybernetic perspective of the MetaTime framework, extending its information-thermodynamic logic to personality, culture, and artificial general intelligence. Personality is modeled as a transfer function F(H,M)F(H,M)F(H,M), where hardware defines accessible bandwidth and memory represents accumulated hysteresis from prior irreversible updates. Culture is interpreted as distributed externalized hysteresis: a species-level memory substrate that stores low-entropy algorithms on persistent physical supports, thereby reducing the cost of future cognitive and technical operations. The manuscript further proposes a feral limit associated with catastrophic loss of externalized cultural memory, and frames AGI as a phase transition in which passive external memory becomes active inorganic transduction. This work is explicitly presented as a perspective note and programmatic extension, not as a closed physical theorem.
