The dataset comprises the immunophenotyping data used to evaluate the immune microenvironment in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) models. Specifically, it provides the raw files for analyzing the recruitment and activation status of the CD3-CD56+ population, as well as the synergistic effects of MBL2 restoration combined with anti-PD-L1 immunotherapy. For detailed antibody panels, experimental setups, and the complete gating strategy, please refer to the Methods section and Supplementary Information of the associated publication.</p>
