-
A probabilistic detection geometry originally developed for frontier technological
ecosystems (the Deck12 Scout©) is extended to cosmic scale. We show how a fractal,
evolutionary and Bayesian architecture can detect life-like dynamics in any ecosystem—
biological, cultural, technological or extraterrestrial.
The Cosmic Scout© interprets electromagnetic emissions as scientific metabolism,
harmonic structures as cultural artifacts, energy-pattern anomalies as technological
prototypes, and synchronized oscillations as social coordination.
This paper is not a claim of extraterrestrial intelligence. It is an invitation to
humanity to explore a shared scientific framework for detecting emergent complexity
across the universe.
