An innovative entrepreneurial mindset is characterized by creativity, opportunity recognition, risk-taking ability, adaptability, and a proactive approach toward problem-solving. The research aims to analyze how these mindset attributes contribute to improved business performance, sustainability, and competitive advantage. <span>This study identifies how entrepreneurs who have innovative entrepreneurial mindset can be more effective in managing risk and facing the inevitable challenges in their business journey. </span>The study concludes that fostering an innovative mindset among entrepreneurs is essential for long-term business success and recommends the inclusion of innovation-oriented training and policies to strengthen entrepreneurial capabilities.</span></em></p> <p><em><span>In today’s highly competitive and dynamic business environment, the innovative entrepreneurial mindset has emerged as a critical driver of business success. This study explores the concept of an innovative entrepreneurial mindset and examines its influence on organizational growth, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability. The findings reveal that businesses led by entrepreneurs with a strong innovative mindset are more likely to achieve higher performance, competitive advantage, and resilience in uncertain environments.
