contents <p><span lang="EN-US">The previous seven articles on chronal dynamics laid the foundations of new physics, from absolute time to dark matter and energy. However, there was one fundamental question that standard physics does not answer: <strong>why does the signal continue to propagate when the source is already turned off?</strong></span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">This paper shows that the only logical explanation is the existence <strong>of active repeaters</strong>, which are the cells </span><span>χ</span><span lang="EN-US"> = </span><span>φ</span><span lang="EN-US">·</span><span>τ</span><span lang="EN-US">. Each cell receives the signal, synchronizes (cos </span><span>φ</span><span lang="EN-US"> = 1), transmits some of its energy to the signal, and sends it on.
