| contents |
This paper holds that the long-term stagnation of contemporary particle physics is mainly due to the imprisonment of man-made fictitious concepts. Taking the quark model as an example, it points out that quarks are only temporary fragments produced by collisions rather than real elementary particles, and the setting of fractional charges lacks factual basis. Fictitious concepts solidify academic thinking, form an exclusive paradigm, suppress doubts and innovations, and lead physics into a closed loop of continuously fabricating concepts to maintain existing models. The paper advocates breaking the shackles of false frameworks, returning to empiricism and logical rationality, so as to realize real breakthroughs in physics.
|
