- <p><span>This paper presents the consolidation of the Tensor T model with empirical evidence obtained through quantum experiments (QRNG). A statistical deviation with a significance level of $p = 6.4 \times 10^{-34}$ ($Z = 12.14$) has been demonstrated, providing a basis for rejecting the null hypothesis of pure randomness. We introduce the concept of the "Third Observer" as a causal variable in the structure of informational reality, acting by projecting intention onto the Tensor T matrix.</span></p>
