-

This paper presents the Quantum Multiverse Cycle Theory (QMCT), a cosmological framework proposing that universes are cyclically born from the catastrophic shell failure of gravastars — quantum-stabilized compact objects whose interiors maintain low-entropy condensates across timescales exceeding the heat death of the parent universe.

The theory introduces four accumulation mechanisms driving shell failure, a proposed new state of matter termed the Achyuth (Godensate) Condensate characterized by zero entropy, Planck density, single coherent wavefunction and negative pressure, and a Dimensional Annihilation Origin Hypothesis resolving the first cause problem through the algebraic identity that negative multiplied by negative yields positive.

The framework simultaneously addresses the low entropy problem, the fine tuning problem, and the first cause problem. It makes seven falsifiable predictions including gravitational wave echoes from gravastars distinguishable from black holes in LIGO data, and a quantitative prediction that the actual universe is 10^58 times larger than the observable portion.
