Nat. 7, being published according to the present study later in Paris around March 1854. <i>Parathelphusa tridentata</i> was described by H. Milne Edwards in Archs Mus. Hist. nat. Paris, 7: 171–173. In this text he only states that it is different from near relatives and not that this is a new genus. This, however, does not negate this as description of a new genus. For <i>Parathelphusa</i>, Neave (1940a: 601) cites “Milne-Edwards [1853], Arch. Mus. Paris, <b>7</b>, 1854–55, 171.—Crust. The 1853 date is incorrect because Annls Sci. nat., 20(4) was available in January 1854.</p> |
