By viewing the immune system as an erratic aggressor that has "lost its mind," standard medicine has focused on silencing the symptom while ignoring the underlying metabolic logic.</p> <p> </p> <p>This document represents a fundamental shift in this <u>theoretical </u>paradigm. It moves away from the concept of "Autoimmunity" and introduces the concept of <strong>Metabolic Identity Crisis</strong>. Within these pages, Lupus is treated not as a mystery, but as a predictable result of a terminal failure in <strong>Substrate-Logic</strong>.</p> <p> </p> <p>This Theory serves as the <strong>Architecture of Restoration</strong>. It traces the journey of the immune cell from its mechanical incarceration in a Lysine-dominant state to its eventual liberation through Arginine-flux stabilization.
