The restricted files contain the Hx and Hz parity matrices, which are CSS orthogonal with a rank of 415/415, a row weight of 8, and a column weight of 4. These files also include the v14 analysis pipeline and live hardware calibration data collected on the ibm_kingston Heron r3 processor.</p> <p>The threshold proof under phenomenological noise indicates a p_th of approximately 0.02, with a 95% CI of [0.01, 0.02]. Furthermore, operator fidelity calibration on live hardware is considered PARTIAL. While the canonical α_op of 0.7924 falls inside the 95% CI of the injection closure path, the combined CI width is 0.089.
