For this purpose, we used an experimental design with two groups (a control group and an experimental group). The sample consisted of (14) players, with (07) players in each group, affiliated with the Chlef Wilaya Volleyball League for the 2024/2025 sports season. The experimental group underwent plyometric training, while the control group followed conventional training. One of the most significant findings was the success of the proposed training program using plyometric training in developing both blocking skill and explosive power in U17 volleyball players.</span></span></p>
