Furthermore, it details the molecular pathogenesis, clinical and radiological manifestations, and specific anatomical deformations in the joints of the hands, feet, knees, and hips. Stanowi przegląd definicji WHO, statystyk epidemiologicznych, podstaw anatomii stawów oraz pierwotnej i wtórnej etiologii. Ponadto szczegółowo opisuje patogenezę molekularną, objawy kliniczne i radiologiczne oraz specyficzne deformacje anatomiczne w obrębie stawów rąk, stóp, kolan i bioder.
