contents
This paper extends the Presentization Number System (PNS) framework (Hanyumi, 2026, Zenodo DOI: [ https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.19021838 ]) to the temporal domain. In PNS, numbers arise from stable boundaries within continuous fields. The present work applies this boundary-generation principle to time: observer resolution δ_O constitutes the boundary that generates discrete temporal events, and the event generation rate R(O) = dS(O)/dτ / k_B defines the physically realized time measure T(O). This paper is the second in a series developing the PNS framework toward a measurement-grounded reformulation of fundamental physical quantities
