•
ABSTRACT

We report a consistent statistical signature – negative lag‑1 autocorrelation (where applicable), elevated mutual information relative to shuffled nulls, reduced conditional entropy, and distinct distribution shape changes – appearing across structurally distinct systems: prime gap second differences, circadian gene expression, real human EEG, biophoton therapy response, hybrid neural states, and RR interval distributions in heart failure. We do not claim a shared generative mechanism. We claim the signature is robust, reproducible, and cross‑domain, and we propose it as a candidate marker for structured transition dynamics. Heart rate variability (HRV) temporal analysis is deferred due to data format issues; however, the distribution of RR intervals shows highly significant differences between congestive heart failure (CHF) and normal sinus rhythm (NSR). Speculative extensions, including a governance framework for AI safety based on coherence metrics, are clearly labeled as Future Directions.
