- <p>This dataset contains raw GC–MS relative abundance data, processed metabolomic matrices, metadata, and R scripts used for the analysis of Copaifera pubiflora oleoresins in the Colombian Orinoquía.</p> <p>The repository includes:<br>- Raw data (Excel format)<br>- Cleaned datasets<br>- Chemical matrix<br>- Metadata<br>- R scripts for reproducible multivariate analysis (PERMANOVA, betadisper)<br>- Output files</p> <p>Due to methodological constraints, samples analyzed by different extraction techniques (HS-SPME vs. direct injection) should be interpreted with caution when comparing relative abundances.</p> <p>All analyses can be reproduced by running the provided R script.</p>
