| contents | <p>This study proposes the Universal Instinct Evolution Theory (UIET), a novel theoretical framework for understanding cancer. It reinterprets cancer not as random genetic mutation, but as a systemic evolutionary regression driven by the collapse of hierarchical instinct order. Under persistent physiological, psychological, or environmental stress, multicellular cooperative order breaks down, and cells revert to a primitive unicellular survival pattern characterized by uncontrolled proliferation, invasion, immune evasion, and metastasis.<br> <br>Based on this theory, a four-level theoretical prevention system is established to restore cellular cooperative order and stabilize instinct balance.
