It examines the interrelationship between an athlete's work capacity and physiological processes, alongside modern approaches to the training process. The classification of individuals (athletes) into physical or mental labor categories, as well as low-ranking and high-ranking athletes, is based on the predominance of physical or mental exertion during the performance of their activities. Every movement performed by a human involves the participation of the muscular and musculoskeletal systems, as well as the nervous system.</p>
