- <p><span>This paper proposes a novel unified optimization framework that integrates Dual Semidefinite Programming (DSP) and Incentive Compatibility (IC) constraints from mechanism design into a unified semidefinite programming structure. Traditional methods treat global optimality and matrix constraints with DSP, while mechanism design addresses individual policy stability, resulting in a long-standing disconnect between the two. This paper introduces "utility difference matrixization" and "dual constraint embedding" to construct a unified "Incentive Compatible Dual Semidefinite Programming (UD-ICSDP)," enabling social optimality and policy stability to simultaneously hold within the same convex optimization space.</span></p>
