contents <p>This technical report presents a scalable, evidence-based model for inclusive special education in public school systems, based on the Portal Inclui SJ platform implemented in Brazil.</p> <p>The model integrates Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), TEACCH, the Denver Model, and neurodiversity-informed pedagogy into a unified digital infrastructure for teacher training, resource distribution, and student support.</p> <p>The platform has demonstrated measurable impact across public school networks, including increased educator certification, improved inclusion metrics, and large-scale engagement across hundreds of schools.</p> <p>This work contributes to the development of scalable, data-driven solutions for inclusive education systems, with potential applicability in international contexts, including the United States.</p>
