contents <p class="MsoNormal"><strong><u><span>Abstract</span></u></strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span>Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) plays a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement and improving organizational outcomes. This study investigates the impact of HRM practices on faculty engagement and institutional performance in higher education institutions in India. A quantitative research design was adopted, and primary data were collected from 210 faculty members using a structured questionnaire. Statistical tools such as reliability analysis, correlation, regression, and mediation analysis were applied using SPSS. The results reveal that HRM practices significantly influence faculty engagement, which in turn positively affects institutional performance.
