| contents | <div class="page"> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> </div> </div> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <p>Abstract</p> <p>This paper analyzes the experience of a small family business that works as a tourist tour operator, located in a rural town of Río Zimatán, Oaxaca, in the tourism sector in the CIP Huatulco, whose incidence is based on the possibility of turning their work into a true exercise of Social Innovation from the offer of tourist experiences with a high socio- environmental and inclusive commitment, from the territorial rescue through the cultivation of agave, conceiving it as a rural enterprise with strong community roots. In the theoretical framework, categories such as Social Innovation (SI), Entrepreneurship and Rural Entrepreneurship are discussed. The organization under study is characterized, to identify the resources and capacities that can turn it into a socially innovative experience, in addition to describing the qualitative methodology that will be used to approach it. Among the main results is the design and analysis of the viability of the tourist experience based on social mapping that allows locating the best conditions for the planting and propagation of agaves, the identification of possibilities for the participation of women as leaders of social innovation projects in rural areas and the impressions derived from piloting the project by a repetitive tourist in the area.</p> <div class="page"> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <p>Keywords: Social innovation, entrepreneurship, rural entrepreneurship, tourism.</p> <p> </p> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <p>Resumen</p> </div> </div> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <p>El presente trabajo analiza la experiencia de una pequeña empresa familiar que funciona como tour operadora turística, localizada en localidad rural de Río Zimatán, Oaxaca, en el sector turístico en el CIP Huatulco, cuya incidencia se basa en la posibilidad de convertir su quehacer en un verdadero ejercicio de Innovación Social a partir de la oferta de experiencias turísticas con un alto compromiso socioambiental e inclusivo, a partir del rescate territorial a través del cultivo del agave, concibiéndola como un emprendimiento rural con fuerte arraigo comunitario. En el marco teórico se discuten categorías como Innovación Social (IS), Emprendimiento y Emprendimiento Rural. Se caracteriza la organización bajo estudio, para identificar los recursos y capacidades que pueden convertirla en una experiencia innovadora socialmente, además de describir la metodología cualitativa que se empleará para su abordaje. Entre los principales resultados se encuentra el diseño y análisis de la viabilidad de la experiencia turística a partir de la cartografía social que permite ubicar las mejores condiciones para la siembra y propagación de agaves, la identificación de posibilidades a la participación de la mujer como líder de proyectos de innovación social en zonas rurales y las impresiones derivadas del pilotaje del proyecto a cargo de un turista repetitivo de la zona.</p> <p>Palabras clave: Innovación Social, emprendimiento, emprendimiento rural, turismo.</p> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> |
