- <p class="MsoNormal"><span>The article is a fragmentary analysis of the acquisition by modern spoken language of the most frequent medical terms that appeared/changed during the pandemic of coronavirus infection. The relevance of the topic is conditioned by the problem of studying the conditions of the entry of specific words and expressions into live oral speech and its written realisation. The study uses corpus and experimental methods of material collection and elements of lexico-semantic analysis. The results confirm the global thesis about flexibility of speech and stability of linguistic laws.</span></p>
