contents <p>This dataset contains the raw RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data from the liver tissues of juvenile Chinese soft-shelled turtles (<em>Pelodiscus sinensis</em>). The turtles were subjected to an 8-week feeding trial with three different dietary lipid sources: fish oil (FO, control), linseed oil (LO), and soybean oil (SO).</p> <p>The cDNA libraries were sequenced using a paired-end 150 bp (PE150) strategy. The dataset includes 3 biological replicates for each dietary group, totaling 9 samples in <code>.fq.gz</code> format.</p>
