Based on the visible folder structure and filenames, the dataset includes electrochemistry, Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), AFM, optical imaging, permeation-related documentation, and supporting analysis/project files.

This dataset supports the manuscript:

**“Decoupling diffusion-driven and field-driven ion transport in GO/WS2 heterolaminar composites”**
(submitted; no article DOI yet)

## License
**Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)** — reuse and adaptation are permitted, including for commercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given and any changes are indicated.

## Suggested citation

Liebsch, Y.; Meyer, A.; Maas, A.; Rauls, S.; Wen, X.; Wende, H.; Schleberger, M.(YEAR).
*Dataset for: Decoupling diffusion-driven and field-driven ion transport in GO/WS2 heterolaminar composites* (Version v1.0) [Data set]. Here, the concentration of the WS2 in each membrane is given by the file name, e.g., "YLGO20" refers to a GO membrane with 20 wt% WS2. In addition some file names give the concentration of the KCl solution in mMol/l. For example, "EIS100" refers to electrochemical impedance spectroscopy performed in a 100 mMol/l solution.

---

# File formats

## DTA files (`.DTA`)
Raw data files as generated by gamry potentiostats. Can be processed similar to .txt files.

These files contain the CV and EIS data.

## Origin project files
Origin project files contain processed numerical data, plotting, and quantitative analysis.

Because Origin is proprietary software, users without Origin may require exported text or spreadsheet files for direct numerical reuse.

## Raman data

Raw data files are given as wdf. (as recorded by Renishaw) and exportet as .txt. Analysis is again done in Origin.

These files contain the CV and EIS data.

--

# Relationship to the manuscript
This dataset accompanies the manuscript **“Decoupling diffusion-driven and field-driven ion transport in GO/WS2 heterolaminar composites”** and provides the underlying raw data and analysis files.
