In an effort to deal with this situation, this paper introduces a web-based consumer to consumer (C2C) platform. It incorporates a lifestyle-based cost estimation and a direct connection between owner and tenants based on variables like salary, location, housing, and lifestyle. Users can forecast their monthly expenses, and owners of properties can deal with rental requests and property entries. This platform, which was created with up-to-date online tools, enables decision-making, increased transparency, and a smooth rental process for all users.</span></em></p> |
