contents <p>Reproducibility artifact accompanying the IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering submission "SRP-HUBO: A Scale-Robust Benchmarking Protocol and Engineering Study of QAOA on Higher-Order Portfolio HUBOs". Contains the full benchmark panel (35 DJ30 instances + 48 synthetic instances across 4 non-Gaussian regimes), every classical and QAOA solver used in the paper (BALS, SA, GA, bSB, MILP-relax, QAOA variants including vanilla, continuous warm-start, BALS-seeded warm-start, XY-ring, XY-complete+Dicke, and MPS-QAOA at chi up to 128), and end-to-end scripts (scripts/run_all.sh --tqe-full) that regenerate every reported number and figure from raw data in approximately 5.4 core-hours on a laptop-class CPU.</p>
