contents
Village life offers a rich, authentic context for experiential learning through daily engagement, where knowledge is constructed through participation in real-life social, cultural, and economic practices. This study explores how village environments function as pedagogical spaces that foster meaningful learning beyond formal classrooms. Drawing on experiential learning theory and community-based education, the paper synthesizes credible online academic sources to examine how routines such as farming, communal cooperation, and local problem-solving contribute to cognitive, social, and values-based development. The study also identifies challenges in integrating informal village knowledge into formal education systems. Ultimately, it argues that village life as pedagogy provides a holistic, context-sensitive approach to learning that enhances relevance, sustainability, and learner engagement.
