  • <p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Species Distribution Modelling Pipeline for Iberian Bats</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space">                                                                                                              </span></span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">Reproducible SDM pipeline for 29 bat species of the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands at UTM 10 × 10 km resolution. It combines environmental GLMs, spatial GAMs, minimum fuzzy intersection (Zadeh's t-norm) and a multi-source uncertainty index (MESS, bootstrap </span><span class="s1">confidence width, survey effort), with variable selection guided by a two-axis ecological guild system (shelter × foraging).<span class="Apple-converted-space">                                                                                                                                       </span></span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Project context.</strong> Developed within the Bat Monitoring and Atlas project (BATlas) of the Spanish Ministry for the Ecological Transition (MITECO), coordinated by SECEMU and TRAGSATEC – ENCARGO 3088153 / MITECO – EXPEDIENTE P2.C4.I1.P1.S000.A2.E1 , funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU. The pipeline underpins the analytical </span><span class="s1">and cartographic output of the upcoming Atlas of Iberian Bats (Atlas de Distribución de Murciélagos de la Península Ibérica). </span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Reproducibility.</strong> Raw bat occurrence data are not distributed for conservation and privacy reasons. A simulated data generator (</span><span class="s2">examples/simulate_data.R</span><span class="s1">) allows running the full pipeline end-to-end on three synthetic species.
