contents
The First Finite-Return Casepack is the first public paper in the GCD / UMCP corpus to make return explicit as a measured finite event under a frozen grammar. Using one bounded local episode with a reference state, a wounded departure, and a candidate returned state, it shows that admissible re-entry can be determined, typed, and read as an actual result rather than a merely constitutional possibility. The paper is continuity-facing but intentionally limited: it does not yet claim weld, seam closure, or earned continuity, but instead establishes finite return as the necessary public step before those stronger burdens.
