contents
The protection and development of China's important agricultural cultural heritage cannot be separated from the support of complete and effective policy system.Quantitative analysis of policy text content can provide scientific basis for future policy formulation and improvement. This study utilized the ROSTCM6 software to construct the PMC(Policy Modeling Consistency) index model.Through systematically reviewing relevant literature,an evaluation index system for agricultural cultural heritage protection policies was established, which included 9 first-level variables and 41 second-level variables.Through the 4 steps of the PMC index model, the policy PMC index was calculated and a PMC surface graph was drawn to objectively and quantitatively evaluate the agricultural cultural heritage protection policies. The results show that the current overall level of agricultural cultural heritage protection policy is in a good level. It can basically meet the current work needs of Agricultural Cultural Heritage Protection and development, but in some aspects,it still need to be optimized.Based on this, this study focuses on the four primary variables with relatively low PMC index:scores-policy actors(X1),policy evaluation(X7),policy measures(X8),and policy perspective(X9),and proposes targeted improvement suggestions to enhance the quality of agricultural cultural heritage protection policies.
