This study provides a comparative quantitative analysis of major secondary metabolites — phenolic, flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, and saponins — in four organs: leaves, stem bark, roots, and fruits. Methanolic extracts were evaluated using standardized spectrophotometric and gravimetric protocols. Results show significant variation (p < 0.05) among organs, with leaves rich in phenolic, fruits in flavonoids, stem bark in tannins and alkaloids, and roots in saponins. These findings guide organ‑specific extraction for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical development.</span></em></p> </div>
