| contents | <p>This amendment applies Protocol V3 thresholds consistently to three results that were previously misclassified in the FCLT evidence base. The cosmological constant Lambda (delta=0.19) is reclassified from gray zone to FALSIFIED, as it exceeds the delta > 0.10 falsification threshold. The IBM Quantum decoherence result (DELTA_AIC=0) is removed from the evidence table entirely — hardware limitations prevented a valid test, and a non-result should not appear as evidence. P49b is reclassified from confirmed to exploratory, as it was formulated after observing the pre-registered P49a failure (delta=0.507). Particle physics claims are reformulated as dimensionless mass ratios to eliminate the free multiplicative scale problem. Net result: 9 clean confirmations, 3 falsifications, 3 exploratory. Protocol V3.1 is retroactively applied to all published FCLT papers.</p> |
