•

We introduce the uCube framework, a universal three-dimensional state-space model for representing complex systems through three orthogonal dimensions: material (M), structural (R), and intentional (I). Complex systems are represented as points within the unit cube, with trajectories over time and systemic coherence quantified by the geometric mean O = (M × R × I)^{1/3}. Domain-specific cubes (economic, political, social) are integrated into a higher-order meta-cube. The framework is empirically validated using a panel dataset of nine countries (2014–2023), with detailed trajectory analysis of Switzerland, Mexico, and Argentina. Stable systems converge toward high-order regions, while volatile systems show discontinuities, particularly along the material dimension. All data, code, normalization formulas, and interactive 3D visualizations are openly available at https://ucube.com/model.
