contents
The Dotyk Method is an integrative body-oriented approach designed to regulate the nervous system, release accumulated stress, and restore internal balance in women.

The method combines movement-based practices, breathwork, and somatic awareness to address the physiological effects of chronic stress and emotional tension stored in the body.

Developed during the period of war in Ukraine, the method emerged from practical observation of how stress manifests physically and how body-based interventions can significantly accelerate recovery compared to cognitive approaches alone.

The Dotyk Method operates on three core levels:
1. Nervous system regulation (reducing chronic activation and restoring safety)
2. Body and emotional release (through movement and somatic techniques)
3. State transformation (stabilizing a new internal condition of ease, presence, and self-connection)

The method has been applied in work with over 100 women and was presented at an international conference in Warsaw (700+ participants).

The current stage of development includes the creation of a digital platform aimed at scaling access to body-based stress regulation practices globally.

The core principle of the method is that sustainable change begins not with cognition, but with the restoration of the body’s state.
