In the standard interpretation, excess lensing signals are attributed to extended Dark Matter halos. In this paper, we investigate an alternative weak-field framework in which the gravitational potential contains a logarithmic infrared correction in addition to the Newtonian term. We derive the corresponding light-deflection angle, effective projected density, and tangential shear profile. The model predicts enhanced outer lensing relative to baryons alone while preserving standard inner-region behavior.
