•
Weak gravitational lensing is one of the strongest empirical probes of gravitating mass on galactic and cosmological scales. In the standard interpretation, excess lensing signals are attributed to extended Dark Matter halos. In this paper, we investigate an alternative weak-field framework in which the gravitational potential contains a logarithmic infrared correction in addition to the Newtonian term. We derive the corresponding light-deflection angle, effective projected density, and tangential shear profile. The model predicts enhanced outer lensing relative to baryons alone while preserving standard inner-region behavior. These predictions are directly testable with modern galaxy-galaxy lensing surveys.
