  • <p class="MsoNormal"><span>Abstract: This manual presents an original comprehensive multimodal psychosocial rehabilitation program, developed and piloted with a group of 96 adolescents (aged 14–18) who have experienced continuous war-related stress (Continuous Traumatic Stress, CTS). The program was implemented in the format of three two-week sessions at a rehabilitation camp and included weekly online support for three weeks following completion.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span>Uniqueness of the Approach: The program integrates proprietary psychological stabilization techniques with scientifically validated methods of body therapy, neuroregulation, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, emotional intelligence practices, and career guidance.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span>Results: The program demonstrated statistically significant reductions in anxiety levels (from 7.3 to 4.5 points on the GAD-7 scale; Cohen's d = 0.91, p < 0.001) and improvements in psychological resilience (measured by the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, CD-RISC-10; from 24.1 to 31.8 points, d = 0.84, p < 0.001).</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span>Keywords: war-related stress, psychological trauma, resilience, multimodal therapy, neuroregulation, CBT, art therapy, body practices, adolescents, psychosocial rehabilitation.</span></p>
