contents <p>Cytokine storm represents a catastrophic systemic inflammatory response characterized by a rapid and uncontrolled surge of pro-inflammatory mediators, leading to multi-organ function damage and systemic homeostasis collapse. This paper applies the 9-Keel unified pathological theory and the four-dimensional D(t) dynamic imbalance index to construct a quantitative theoretical model for cytokine storm progression. Using core vital signs (body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, and arterial blood pH) as the evaluation dimensions, this study adjusts the weight coefficients of the D(t) formula according to the pathophysiological characteristics of cytokine storm, highlights the driving role of metabolic and circulatory imbalance in the progression of the storm, and introduces the 0.5℃ micro-temperature deviation as an early warning threshold. The D(t) index stratifies the progression of cytokine storm into four stages: steady state, mild imbalance, compensatory failure, and irreversible systemic collapse. This study is a pure theoretical analysis and does not involve clinical diagnosis, treatment, or medical guidance. It further verifies the universality of the D(t) model in systemic inflammatory critical diseases.</p>
