contents <div class="page"> <div class="textLayer">Menstrual pain is one of the most common complaints experienced by adolescent girls during menstruation. This condition has a significant impact on quality of life, productivity levels, attendance, and social interactions, and may also result in considerable economic losses due to medical treatment and healthcare costs.A community service activity was conducted at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, in the form of health services for first-year students during the Student Orientation Program (PKKMB), with a particular focus on female students. The activity revealed that a considerable number of students experienced moderate to severe menstrual pain. Menstrual pain among adolescent girls is often accompanied by various symptoms, including fatigue, lower back pain, anxietyand tension, headaches, confusion, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, cramps, and abdominal pain, which can interfere with daily activities. The service methods applied in this community service activity included preparation, implementation of health services, health education and consultation, followed by monitoring and reporting of health service outcomes. The results indicated that the most common contributing factor to menstrual pain among adolescent girls was a lack of physical activity. Management of menstrual pain in this activity emphasized non-pharmacological interventions, including warm compress therapy, dietary recommendations, and physical exercise.</div> </div>
