contents <p>This Zenodo deposit contains a publicly available description of the Dataset:</p> <p><strong>Title:</strong> "Quantitative DIA-based proteomic analysis of lysosomes (Lyso-IP) from VPS35[D620N] Mouse Brain.".</p> <p><strong>Description:</strong> Proteomic characterization of brain lysosomes comparing WT and VPS35[D620N] mutant mice. Tissue was processed via glass-Teflon homogenization and 3-minute Lyso-IP. Data acquired on an Orbitrap Exploris 480 and processed using DIA-NN 1.8.1.</p> <blockquote> <p>This dataset is made available to researchers via the ASAP CRN Cloud: <a href="https://cloud.parkinsonsroadmap.org">cloud.parkinsonsroadmap.org</a>.
