| contents | <p>Caring for the business environment among young people is one of the commitments of the @okoce.indonesia account, and through various posts, behavioral changes have occurred. Inviting the younger generation to care about the business environment and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of social media usage and information quality on changes in environmental care behavior among businesses and MSMEs. This research uses the Uses and Gratification Theory. The research uses a quantitative approach, reinforced by qualitative methods, with an explanatory research nature and a survey research method. Data processing results for correlation show a moderate relationship between social media usage and behavior change at 0.499, a moderate relationship between information quality and behavior change at 0.503, and a moderate simultaneous relationship between social media usage and information quality and behavior change at 0.479. The F-test results indicate a positive and significant influence of social media usage and information quality on behavior change.</p> |
