B. Ed students, as future educators, must possess not only subject knowledge but also effective communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Soft skills play a crucial role in classroom management, student engagement, and overall teaching effectiveness.</span></em></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><em><span>The present study focuses on identifying and analyzing strategies for developing soft skills among B. Ed students in the College of Education, Barshi. A descriptive survey method was used, and data were collected from a sample of 40 students through structured questionnaires. The study examines various strategies such as group discussions, role-playing, workshops, and practical teaching experiences.</span></em></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><em><span>The findings reveal that active learning strategies significantly enhance soft skills among B. Ed students. The study concludes that integrating structured soft skill development programs into teacher education curricula is essential for producing competent and confident educators.</span></em></p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> |
