contents
This manuscript presents a Dual Citizenship Framework distinguishing belonging to the Kingdom of God from participation within the state using the MCA–IFS and SISIF–APS–DTI model. It integrates domain clarification, Overcorrection Distortion Theory diagnostics, IBSF–PRGEM ethical evaluation, and a layered belonging system. The study demonstrates that political participation is permissible but must remain subordinate to spiritual identity, providing a comprehensive framework for resolving tensions between engagement and integrity in governance, theology, and public discourse.
