contents <p>CapsulePredictor is a MATLAB add-on for Lead-DBS that estimates the probability of stimulation-induced motor contractions for a given DBS electrode position and stimulation setting. The tool combines pathway activation modeling of the corticospinal and corticobulbar tracts within the posterior limb of the internal capsule (OSS-DBS) with a trained generalized linear model as described in Roediger et al. (2026). It requires only a completed Lead-DBS electrode reconstruction as input. CapsulePredictor is intended exclusively for research purposes and is not a medical device.
