| contents | <p><br>This paper serves as the formal academic right confirmation and strategic cooperation invitation issued by independent Chinese scholar Changwu, based on nearly forty years of original research. From the perspective of national knowledge sovereignty and civilizational security, it also clarifies the protection criteria for original achievements.</p> |
