contents <p>This paper aims to synthesize the evolution of e-learning, characterize contemporary technological and pedagogical<br>shifts, and contextualize global market dynamics with a focused appraisal of platform development and adoption<br>in Uzbekistan, including the integration of international educational platforms. Using a narrative review of reported historical<br>milestones, platform case studies, and published market indicators, the analysis traces the development of e-learning.<br>E-learning is shown to accelerate content updating (for example, e-textbooks updated daily), expand interactive multimedia<br>participation, and transform instruction toward creative, discussion-based, and flipped-classroom models</p>
