-
This technology portfolio presents the fourteen governed electromagnetic architectures of the Griffiths Canon — a unified deep-tech invention suite developed by Wayne Griffiths, Founder & President of AEMS LLC (Auckland, New Zealand).

Every platform in this portfolio is an expression of a single underlying physics: electromagnetic fields replacing mechanical, chemical, and structural systems as the primary boundary-defining and stability-governing architecture.

One governance layer — DIGSP — operates across all fourteen platforms, from a domestic cooktop to a deep-space thruster. This is not a collection of unrelated inventions. It is a coherent, scalable investment thesis backed by five peer-reviewed papers published in Acceleron Aerospace Journal Vol. 6, No. 2 (2026), with all prior art DOI-registered on Zenodo.

The portfolio spans three commercial verticals representing addressable markets in excess of $28 trillion by 2030. Each platform is independently investable.

AEMS LLC introduces Violet Hydrogen as a new classification in the global hydrogen colour spectrum. Violet Hydrogen denotes hydrogen produced by EM-governed microwave plasma cracking of water or ammonia — no electrolysis, no combustion, no fossil fuel input at any stage. The feedstock is water or NH₃; the governance layer is DIGSP; the output is hydrogen produced at instantaneous flow rate and consumed immediately. No stored hydrogen exists at any point in the architecture. This designation is applied across the H₂EM platform family and the NH₃ Sovereign Fuel chain.

All IP is retained exclusively by AEMS LLC outside any collaboration scope. Investor enquiries, partnership proposals, and licensing discussions are welcomed. Produces no combustion byproducts at the point of use. Designed for domestic and light commercial deployment.

H₂EM Hot Water — On-demand hydrogen water heating governed by the same EM field architecture as the stove platform. Eliminates storage tank requirements and provides instantaneous, software-defined thermal output.

H₂EM Land Turbine — A stationary hydrogen power generation platform applying EM field governance to replace conventional swirl-stabilised combustion. Targets distributed energy generation and grid-independence applications.

Desal Plant — An electromagnetically governed seawater desalination system replacing conventional membrane and thermal processes with EM-driven separation. Designed for coastal sovereign energy and water security deployment.

FG-RIC — A field-governed rare ion capture architecture extracting high-value minerals directly from seawater using EM field topology. Co-located with the desalination platform for shared infrastructure economics.

NH₃ Sovereign Fuel — A complete seawater-to-hydrogen/ammonia sovereign fuel chain. Integrates EM-governed cracking, synthesis, and storage into a closed architecture requiring no fossil fuel inputs at any stage. All hydrogen produced within this chain is classified as Violet Hydrogen under the AEMS LLC designation.

H₂EM-Agri — An electromagnetically governed nitrogen fixation platform for agricultural applications. Replaces the Haber-Bosch process at distributed scale using EM field-driven reaction governance.

Underwater Power Generator — An EM-governed subsea power generation architecture exploiting marine flow dynamics. Designed for offshore and deep-water energy extraction without moving mechanical parts.

Cheese Portioner — An electromagnetically governed precision portioning system for food processing applications, demonstrating the breadth of the Canon's governance physics across industrial sectors.

Transport (1 platform)

EM ICE Engine — A retrofit hydrogen governance architecture for existing petrol and diesel internal combustion engines. Targets the global legacy vehicle fleet without requiring engine replacement, representing the largest near-term decarbonisation opportunity in the portfolio.

Aerospace (4 platforms)

Beyond Whittle — An electromagnetically governed hydrogen turbine combustor replacing Whittle's swirl-stabilised flame holder with a field-stabilised reaction kernel. Eliminates NOx production and enables liquid ammonia as an aviation fuel carrier, cracked on-board to hydrogen.

REMN / GREMN — A rotating electromagnetic nozzle architecture providing active plume collimation, stability governance, and thrust vectoring without mechanical gimbals. Currently under assessment for R&D funding by MBIE (New Zealand Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment).

H₂EM Thruster — An electromagnetically governed deep-space plasma thruster targeting Isp exceeding 10,000 seconds. Canonical burst performance projects Jupiter return in approximately one to two weeks, Saturn in two weeks, and Pluto in four to five weeks.

H₂EM Piston+Prop — A hydrogen aviation piston engine platform applying EM field governance to conventional reciprocating architecture, targeting regional aviation decarbonisation without airframe modification."
