| contents | <p><strong>The study aimed to determine </strong>the role of the organizational structure in improving the job performance of the employees of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Investment, as well as to identify the level of the organizational structure of the employees in the General Office of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Investment, and to identify the level of their job performance. The study used the descriptive method with its analytical methods, and the field survey of the study community was conducted through the study tool (questionnaire), according to the comprehensive survey method, and the study population represented by the employees of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Investment in the Ministry's General Office was identified (215), and the data were collected on the methods of distributing the questionnaire. and the use of SPSS software as well as AMOS software.There is a <strong> statistically significant positive relationship between the organizational structure and job performance: </strong>It is shown that increasing the level of the organizational structure contributes to improving the level of job performance among the employees in the Ministry, and the value of the beta coefficient reached (0.340), which indicates that any improvement in the practices of the organizational structure is matched by an improvement in performance.</p> <p><strong>The study reached a set of results, the most important of which</strong> are: the existence of a positive impact of the organizational structure on improving job performance to a moderate degree, in addition to paying attention to other factors, as well as supporting specialization and distributing tasks according to efficiency, as well as simplifying administrative procedures and reducing complexity to improve performance efficiency, as well as reducing centralization and granting broader powers to employees.</p> |
